
“Just pour the water into your nose,” she says, handing me the pretty little white ceramic jar with the floral design on the outside.  Moments later I feel as though I just belly flopped into the ocean reaching for the surface and drowning as the pain in my sinuses blinds me for minutes and I gasp for air.
