“Just pour the water into your nose,” she says, handing me the pretty little white ceramic jar with the floral design on the outside.  Moments later I feel as though I just belly flopped into the ocean reaching for the surface and drowning as the pain in my sinuses blinds me for minutes and I gasp for air. This is their second studio, the first one is on warren street in manhattan. It’s a beautiful little retreat from the world. Yoga in brooklyn As I slip on my hat, scarf, sweater, coat and big boots to head out of the coziness of my warm house into the winter wonderland that exists outside, my body reminds me that I need to get moving.
